The main focus of the Composites and Lightweight Construction business unit is on the sub-areas Composites and Lightweight Construction with Natural Fiber Reinforcement, Composites and Lightweight Construction with High-Performance Fibers, Composites and Lightweight Construction for Textile Machines, Mobility, Multimaterial Design with Composites and Lightweight Construction and Hybrid Technology with Fibers. This business unit is strengthened by its contacts in the industry and cooperation with the University of Bremen.
