Equipment

At our Test Center, we offer a comprehensive range of test methods to determine the technological parameters of fibers, textile products and composite fiber structures. The Test Center has been accredited according to DIN ISO 17025 since 2002. Our know-how and the competency of the Test Center are based on the long-standing experience of our skilled staff, excellent equipment and the collaboration of research, developments and tests.
The determination of the specific fiber properties of cotton, wool and bast fibers is one of FIBRE's main competencies. FIBRE enjoys a worldwide excellent reputation in this field. This recognition is not only based on our competency and reliability but also on our neutrality and independence.
In addition to the physical-technical and mechanical tests, our range of services includes chemical and microscopic methods. In addition, the analysis of composite fiber materials is an essential field of activity at the Test Center. Composite fiber structures are tested here with the aid of mechanical and chemical processes. We also test fiberglass, carbon fiber and natural fiber-reinforced plastics.
