FIBRE was restructured in 2003 into the form that Faserinstitut Bremen e.V. has today, and this structure is one that exhibits first-rate business units.
Not only back then but also today are we aware of the high degree of responsibility which we are still benefiting from:

The certification of FIBRE (according to DIN EN ISO9001:2005) will also be achieved in the near future. All of this, along with additional work and health safety requirements, has already been pooled into an "Integrated Management System" (IMS) and is actively being put into practice by all of us.

- accreditation of our Test Center since 2002 (according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005) and
- certification of the entire institute (according to EG-Öko-Audit EMAS II) since 2003
