Together with Dr. Lars Henning, Head of the Department for Science Planning and Research Funding, she was able to enjoy a journey through FIBRE\u2019s 50 year history, our current research foci on high performance composites, fiber development, process simulation and process monitoring and especially our plans for the future. As a highlight, we offered a tour through our labs showcasing the latest innovations in the fields of Tailored Fibre Placement, thermoplastic composite hydrogen vessels and especially our brand new cryogenic test lab.
